 Tim started in 1997 as a structural engineer at FSI’s study service. In 2003 Tim took over the company, step-by-step he started an independent study agency. He also started a company specialized in construction promotion and project development.
With a helicopter view, Tim keeps an eye on the various specialties and activities. Planning, brainstorming and advising are part of his daily work routine.

 Stijn is your go-to guy at FSI regarding orders, transport and logistics. As head of department, he knows all there is to know about our fibers and everything related to them.
Working at FSI since 2011, Stijn knows the company inside and out. Stijn really understands the customers needs due to his close contact with both customers and production, from transport to storage to delivery
He doesn't step back for just in time deliveries of both small and large orders at increasingly congested roads. He has therefore switched from a classic logistics system to an omnichannel logistics system. He really cares to deliver our products in the greenest and as cost-efficient way as possible.
Wim De Smet - Project Manager Real Estate

 As head of our subsidiary, Wim is looking for, and/or cultivating land or buildings, which are eligible for industrial or residential projects.
Wim deals with feasibility analyses and coordinates our projects from design to execution to delivery. Thanks to his 25 years of experience and hands-on mentality, he handles all projects smoothly to everyone’s full satisfaction.
Anja Rosseels - Executive Assistant - Accountancy

 Anja is the first point of contact at FSI. As a service manager, she ensures an efficient and well organized workflow, while also taking care of administration, invoicing and accounting. She’s the administrative centipede of the company.
If needed Anja jumps right in and assists or supports her colleagues Tim, Stijn and Wim.
